This product is used as a starter culture that produces a tangy flavor immediately in semi-dry cured sausage. It is a real time saver because you can stuff and smoke your sausages immediately. This is generally used in venison summer sausage, cervelat, goetburg and other summer sausages such as our regular & garlic summer sausage seasonings.

  • Use 1 oz per 2 lbs of meat.
  • Do not exceed 6 lbs of Fermento to 100 lbs of meat
  • 5 lbs of Fermento will process approximately 160 lbs of meat
  • This package will treat up to 16 lbs of meat
  • Ingredients: cultured whey protein concentrate, cultured skim milk, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent)
  • 1/2 lb (8 oz) Net Weight
