All orders are shipped by US Postal Service.  United States Postal Service (USPS) is also used to ship to home & business destinations served by USPS outside of the contiguous United States. We ship all packages to physical addresses, PO Boxes, APO / FPO's and other International destinations served by the USPS.  We reserve the right to use alternate ship methods at equal or less cost charged to the customer.  Total shipping weight is automatically calculated and shipping costs added to your order in real-time quoted from the USPS.

A handling fee of $2.50 is automatically included in these shipping prices.

How Online Shipping Charges Are Calculated:

All shipping charge calculations are strictly a function of weight and distance shipped.  Our secure shopping cart automatically calculates the weight of the products you place in the shopping cart.  During your checkout, our software contacts the USPS Rate Calculator and obtains the actual charge based on the destination zip code and the zip code The Sausage Source ships from, which is 03244.  A handling charge of $2.50 is added to the shipping cost automatically.  You will be provided with optional shipping products from USPS to best suit your needs such as Express, Priority and Parcel Post, all with or without insurance.  We reserve the right to use alternate ship methods at equal or less cost.

Passage of Title of Goods

Title of goods purchased from this store pass to the buyer upon receipt and acceptance of the goods at the address stated as the delivery address on buyer's order form.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

An online receipt or packing receipt dated within 90 days is required for all returns.

All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories.

Most items on sausagesource.com can be returned to The Sausage Source store or by mail. Please note that shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded when returning items to the store. 

Edible food goods such as spices, seasonings, casings, etc cannot be returned if opened or punctured.  Other items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, including grinders, stuffers, slicers and other equipment purchased from sausagesource.com. Other restrictions may apply.

Merchandise on clearance at time of return will be refunded at the clearance price.

All other returns or exchanges — including those without receipt — will be offered manufacturers' warranty and repair assistance at 603.588.6765.

If you do not have your receipt for a store return, in most instances, The Sausage Source can verify purchases made within the last 90 days on a store account, credit card or check using our records.  This might take a little time.

Gift Certificates cannot be returned.
