http://BeefJerkyRecipes.com is what i use when i want to make my own jerky. They have 100's of recipes all searchable by: Meat Type, Flavor, and even Cooking Method. Users can rate recipes and even submit their own. Its a great resource for anyone interested in making their own home made beef jerky.

Tip: slightly freeze the meat before you slice it. It makes the cutting process easier and the product much cleaner. Even better...have your butcher slice it up for you when you purchase it! It works!
