48" Vertical LP Gas Smoker

  • The propane fuel system has a 20,000 BTU burner that is fully adjustable, has 3 dampers and a rotary igniter for easy starting.

  • Burner control system lets you adjust and maintain the proper internal temperature and smoke levels to precisely match the type of meat, cheese or vegetable to be smoked.

  • The external temperature gauge accurately displays the internal temperature with it's large easy-to-read dial face.

  • The large, easy access door has two locking handles that remain cool to the touch.

  • Included is a porcelain coated water pan for the chips, 6 chrome plated cooking racks and sausage hangers.

  • Generous 1,200 square inches of cooking area.

  • The mirror-like stainless steel cabinet and stainless hardware looks great.
