5/6/04 - The sausage cart is back for the season!  Stop in and taste our newest sausage called "Hillsboro Bratwurst™", or make your own Hillsboro Bratwurst™ with the new seasoning pack especially blended.  This is a gift to the people of the Hillsborough area.  We also offer 5 lb boxes frozen for sale to local residents as well.  Cart is open from lunch through dinner with the same great sausage subs and steak or chicken subs every one savors over... with Hillsboro Bratwurst™ being the newest item on the menu.

1/14/03 - The book "Home Sausage Making" by Charles Reavis has been revised by Ms. Susan Mahnke Peery.  She is an acclaimed author and has added many additional items of sausage making interest to this already popular book.  We are proud to have supplied Ms. Susan Mahnke Peery with information which was used in this revision.  We are humbly honored to be mentioned in her Acknowledgements & Resource areas.  We are offering this book for $16.95.  For more info on this book, click the link below:

12/27/02 - The revised Privacy Policy has been updated.  New Terms of Use & Conditions page created.

12/05/02 - With such a heavy interest in the #8 High Output home grinder, we no longer stock the Mesko #8 grinder which we previously carried as the lesser lower tier unit.  The Electric Sausage Making Kit now includes the #8 Maverick High Output Grinder instead.  We can still get parts and accessories for the Mesko unit, should a part be required.

11/18/02 - Now carrying Escali brand electronic scales. Large product array of fine scales.

10/14/02 - Acquired Mountain View Red Deer gourmet venison product line dealership.  The first online offering of this exquisite product line to date. -Update 5/6/04: Dealership dropped, no longer carry product line.
