These 4" hooks are design to hold stockinette and stringed fibrous casings securely in a smoker or oven. Used with stockinettes it will save the user up to 4" of stockinette and reduces fastening time. Bright smooth stainless steel finish is readily cleaned. 3/16'' x 4'' to hang from a maximum rod size of 1-1/2''.
