Average throughput by head size: #12 & #10 - 2 lbs/min or 120 lbs/hr #22 & #20 - 2.5 lbs/min or 150 lbs/hr #32 - 3.75 lbs/min or 220 lbs/hr Please note that only experience can gain the average user that sort of output from a mechanical grinder. Chop-Rite grinders offer pulley wheel conversions that allow conversion to an electric grinder on their #22 and #32 models only. These conversions are highly dangerous and buyer assumes all responsibility should they attach a motor and belt. Porkert pulley wheel conversion kits have been discontinued.
