Please note that only experience can gain the average user that sort of output from a mechanical grinder.  Chop-Rite grinders offer pulley wheel conversions that allow conversion to an electric grinder on their #22 and #32 models only.  These conversions are highly dangerous and buyer assumes all responsibility should they attach a motor and belt.  Porkert pulley wheel conversion kits have been discontinued.

*Xylan coatings are a high-performance specialized coatings product line manufactured by the Whitford Company used for lubricant, wear resistant & non-stick coating purposes.  This heavy coating meets FDA food contact requirements and can be best compared to a Teflon-like coating, making cleanup very fast.

**Tin plating is a cheap method of rust prevention of cast iron products and is allowed for use in imported goods.  US law prevents US manufacturers to tin-plate US goods coming in contact with foodstuffs.
